Introduction

Ingredients

1-1/2 cups whole wheat flour
1/2 cups old-fashioned or quick oats
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1/8 teaspoon nutmeg
1/8 teaspoon cloves
1/2 teaspoon salt
3/4 cup butter
3 Tablespoons vegetable oil
1/3 cup Stevia Extract in the Raw
1/4 cup brown sugar
2 eggs
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
3/4 cup Sugar Free Chocolate Chips
1/4 cup walnuts, chopped
Directions
Heat oven to 375. Beat butter and oil, Splenda, sugar, and vanilla in large bowl until creamy. Add eggs and beat well. Add dry ingredients, mixing until combined. Stir in chocolate chips and nuts. Drop by rounded teaspoon onto ungreased cookie sheet. Bake 7 to 9 minutes or until edges are lightly browned; Cool slightly; remove to wire rack to cool. Makes 4 dozen cookies. Serving size: 1 cookie.
