Number of Servings: 19

Ingredients

1 Box Angel Food Cake Mix (the type that only calls for Water to be added)
1 Box any flavor Cake Mix (I like Dark Chocolate Fudge by Duncan Hines)
    Water

Directions

Empty both Boxes of Cake Mix into a large ziploc bag and shake well to mix together.

Scoop 1/3 cup of combined mixes into a large mug (I use a giant cappucino mug for this). Add 3 Tbl water to mug and mix well.

Microwave on high for 1 minute (time may vary based on strength of microwave). Remove and enjoy! (I sometimes top with a dollop of fat free cool whip! - calories not included)

My Girlfriend just gave me this recipe, but she only uses 3 T of cake mix, and 2 T water. Mix it together and cook for 1 minutes. She calls it 1,2,3 cake... I don't know how the calories are... I put just a bit of cherry pie filling lite on top, and drizzled it with a bit of SF chocolate syrup. - 2/16/12

My fiance got sugar free yellow cake mix (which hopefully brings down some calories and stuff) and it was amazing! I topped it off with a skinny cow cup of ice cream! AWESOME! - 2/14/12
