Ingredients

    1-1/2 cups Quick Oats
    2-1/2 cups Water
    6 tsp. Brown Sugar
    1-1/4 tbsp. maple syrup
    1 cup chopped apple
    1/2 cup raisins
    Equal or Sweet n' Low packets (optional)

Directions

Place water in saucepan until beginning to boil; add in uick oats and cook about 1 minute, stirring constantly until done. Remove from heat. Stir in brown sugar and maple syrup. Stir until combined. Add in fresh chopped apple and raisins. Sweeten with non-calorie sweetener of your choice if you would like.
