Introduction

Lower in fat and sodium than my old version, but not as healthy as the version using Egg Beaters. Lower in fat and sodium than my old version, but not as healthy as the version using Egg Beaters.
Number of Servings: 6

Ingredients

    6 eggs, hard boiled and chopped
    2 Tbsp. red onion, finely choppped
    2 Tbs. celery, finely chopped
    1 tsp. dried parsley, lightly crushed
    1/4 cup Hellman's Low-Fat Mayo
    2 packets Splenda
    Dash paprika

Directions

Mix all ingredients together. Makes 6 servings, 1/4 up each.
