This is very good, and can be made with either shrimp, or crab. This is very good, and can be made with either shrimp, or crab.
Number of Servings: 20


    1 package cream cheese, softened
    3 to 4 T milk
    1 tsp lemon-herb seasoning
    8 oz of cooked shrimp, or crab (chopped)
    1 T sliced green onion
    1 T chopped red or green pepper

    Mix and chill. Serve with crackers, pretzels, veggies or dipper of your choice.
