Ingredients

    * Butter, unsalted, .5 cup (remove)
    * Celery, raw, .75 cup, diced (remove)
    * Onions, raw, .75 cup, chopped (remove)
    * Carrots, raw, .5 cup, chopped (remove)
    * Garlic, 1.5 tsp (remove)
    * *Flour, white, .75 cup (remove)
    * Heavy Whipping Cream, .75 cup, whipped (remove)
    * Milk, nonfat, .75 cup (remove)
    * Chicken Broth, 4 cup (8 fl oz) (remove)
    * Chicken Breast, no skin, 12 ounces (remove)
    * Spinach, fresh, .75 cup (remove)
    * Gnocchi, 4 serving (remove)
    * Rosemary, .5 tsp (remove)
    * Pepper, black, .25 tsp (remove)
    * *Pepper, white, .25 tsp (remove)
    * Salt, .5 tsp (remove)

Directions

Melt butter in large heavy saucepan
Add onions, celery, carrots, garlic, and saute until soft
Add flour mixing well, cook for 3-4 minutes, stirring frequently
Add heavy cream, milk and broth mixing well
Cook & stir until mixture thickens and comes to a boil
Reduce heat and stir in chicken, spinach, gnocchi and remaining seasonings
Adjust seasonings to taste
Cook over low heat 8-10 minutes until gnocchi becomes tender
Serve hot and enjoy!
