    1 sheet puff pastry
    12 ounces rotisserie chicken w/o skin
    1 tbsp flour
    2 tbsp cream/evap milk
    1/2 cup chicken stock
    1/2 cup corn
    1 cup shredded carrots
    1 small onion
    1 tbsp olive oil

    i sautee onions and olive oil, add other veggies and then chicken. Then add flour and stock...then cream. salt and pepper.

    put pastry in bottom of square pan, put cooled chicken mixture inside, then fold over remaining pastry sheet.


bake in 425 degree oven for 20 minutes
