Ingredients

    1 box, Spaghetti, pasta
    1 pk Bacon, cook & chop
    1 Onions, raw, chopped
    1 clove garlic, minced (I use garlic salt)
    5-6 Large White Eggs
    1/2 cup Parmesan Cheese, grated
    3 tbs Parsley, Fresh
    2 tbs Oil
    Salt & pepper

Directions

Cook noodles in boiling water, add 1 ts salt to help pasta to not stick together. Drain well. Add 1 tbs oil & set aside. Cook bacon until slightly crisp, chop. Drain into paper towel, Set aside. In same pan, Cook chopped onions until tender. when done, add garlic. when done add bacon & spaghetti. Stir. Add beaten eggs & cook. quickly add 1/2 cup cheese & stir again. Serve with chopped parsley sprinkled on top & extra cheese at the table. (I serve mine with black beans) makes 5 1-cup servings

    Theres' no way the calories are right for this--in the "calories by ingredient" there's 0 calories for bacon, and i know for a fact that 0.8 cups of spaghetti is WAY MORE than 158 calories. - 3/2/11
