Ingredients

    2 tbsp vegetable oil, 2 cups frozen diced hash brown potatoes with onions and peppers, 1 8 0z pkg sliced mushrooms, 4 3-4 oz steaks, 4-6 cloves of garlic

Directions

Makes four plates. In a 12 inch skillet, heat 1 tbsp oil, cook potatoes and mushrooms for 10 minutes over medium high heat,, cover and stir occasionally. Sprinkle steaks with salt and pepper, heat rest of oil and fry steaks for 3-4 minutes turning once. Add eggs and cook to desired doneness. Place potatoes steak and eggs on plates and serve.
