Ingredients

    2 boxes jiffy cornbread mix, 2 eggs, 2/3 cup fat free milk, 1 finely chopped jalepino pepper (makes 12 servings)

Directions

Pour 2 boxes of mix, eggs, and milk into bowl. Mix together. Add jalepino last, then spoon into muffin tin. Bake 15-20 min @ 400 degrees
