Ingredients

    8 oz softened fat free cream cheese
    1 tsp vanilla
    6.5 tbl sweetened condensed milk (1/3 can)
    1 tsp lemon juice

Directions

Whip cream cheese until creamy (to soften 30 seconds in microwave, mash it up, 30 more seconds)

Add vanilla and whip

Add milk and whip until smooth

Add lemon juice and whip

Freeze for 30 minutes or until firm
