Number of Servings: 8

Ingredients

    1 pie shell pre-baked kroger package
    Leftover cooked, roughly chopped turkey
    2 cups diced potatoes (large chunks)
    1 carrot, 1 stalks celery, 1/4 onion, and 2 cloves garlic, chopped
    frozen green beans, 1 cup
    4 cups mashed potatoes
    1.5 cups turkey gravy

Directions

chop and saute carrot, celery, onion, garlic until tender
chop (large chunks) and saute potatoes until tender
cut up turkey meat into large chunks
make mashed potatoes and turkey gravy

Place pie shell in a pie pan
Layer: turkey, potatoes, green beans, and other veggies in pie shell
Cover with turkey gravy
cover with mashed potatoes

Bake at 375 for 45-50 minutes. 8 servings (feeds four in our house).
