Ingredients
Cooked Near East Rice Pilaf
"Fresh Express" Spinach
Dole American Salad Mix
Chicken Breast, no skin
Green Bell Pepper
Yellow Onion
Crushed red pepper
Garlic powder
Paprika
Olive Oil
Salt
Worchestershire Sauce
Directions
Cook Pilaf in saucepan according to directions
Cut Onions and Bell pepper into strips.
Add oil to wok or frying pan and heat up paprika, crushed red pepper and worchestershire sauce. Add chicken and cook until mostly done. When chicken is mostly done, add onions and then peppers. Season to taste. (If you want a light sauciness add a bit of water and then let it boil down to create a sauce.)
On large plate add salad mix and spinach leaves. Layer the rice pilaf and then add your chicken fajita mix on top.
