Ingredients

3 Tbsp extra virgin olive oil
176 gr celery diced (2 large stalks)
118 gr carrot diced (1 med carrot)
123 gr yellow onion diced (1 med onion)
214 gr yellow sweet corn
192 gr turkey meat chopped
2 cups water
2 cups 1% milk
3 tbsp flour (white or whole wheat)
2 tsp sage ground
2 tsp oregano
2 tsp thyme
2 tsp paprika
1 tsp salt
pepper to taste
Directions
Saute all veggies in oil till onions are soft and golden.
Add water and seasoning, bring to boil till veggies are soft, then reduce heat to low.
Mix flour and 1/2 c milk in a jar with lid on, shake till blended.
Add flour mixture to soup as well as the rest of the milk, stir and simmer for 5 minutes till thick and hot.
