Ingredients

    1/3 cup quick oats
    1 small apple diced
    1 medium banana
    1/4 c. grapes sliced
    1/2 c. strawbewrries sliced
    1/2 c. lowfat yogurt favorite flavor

Directions

toss together all ingredients other than the yogurt. sperate into 3 bowls top with yogurt and enjoy ( you may also use milk instead if you wish)

    I'm confused. Are you cooking the oatmeal first, or just added raw oatmeal to fruit and yogurt? - 3/2/08
