Ingredients

    Roasted Chicken from Grocery Store
    Diced Tomato and Green Chili
    Creamed Corn
    Onion
    Black Beans
    Sour Cream
    4 Cheese Mexican Cheese
    Taco Seasoning

Directions

Shred roasted chicken
Chop Onions
Add onions and chicken to skillet
Brown chicken and onion
Add other ingredients
Simmer for 10 -15 minutes or until lightly bubbling

** I blended the diced tomatoes so it would be a puree type consistancy. This helped blend the taco seasoning.

I also added less than 1 tbsp. of Light Daisy Sour Cream and a 1/4 cup of Sargento reduced fat cheese. This would add approx 6 more grams of fat.
