Introduction

For a fresh change, try substituting the eggs with chopped cranberries, apples, or even grapes. So tasty! I often just leave out the yolk and then add some fruit. Ingredients

    1 5 oz. can of Starkist light tuna in water, drained
    2-1/2 Tbsp Miracle Whip
    1/2 Tbsp Ketchup
    1 hard boiled egg, chopped
    1/2 Tbsp sweet relish
    Dill and Lemon Pepper to taste

Directions

Hard boil your egg to your preferred degree. Peel and chop it after cooling.

Mix together all ingredients. Can be eaten alone or with bread or crackers.
