Ingredients

    *Ground Turkey, Honeysuckle, 97/3 (4oz), 4 serving (remove)
    Onions, raw, 1 medium (2-1/2" dia) (remove)
    *birds eye frozen peppers (red,green, yellow, onions) one cup serving, 1.5 serving (remove)
    *Black Beans (low sodium) (1/3 can = 1 serv), 3 serving (remove)
    *McCormick Chicken Taco Seasoning (1 tsp per taco), 6 tsp (remove)
    *Las Palmas Enchilada Sauce Medium - 1/4 cup, 1 cup (remove)
    *Green Giant Mexicorn, 1 cup (remove)
    *Pace Salsa- Chunky Salsa (medium, 8 tbsp (remove)
    *cheese - Sargento (Chipotle Cheddar w/ Chipotle Peppers), 2 cup (remove)
    *Refried Beans, Rosarita No Fat Zesty Salsa, 1.5 cup (remove)
    *Mission Multi-Grain Wraps, 1 wrap, 6 serving (remove)
    OPTIONAL: Cilantro and Sour Cream to top

Directions

Cook turkey, onions, peppers, and corn in taco seasoning in frying pan.

Once meat is cooked and veggies are translucent take off of heat.

Spray a 13x9 pan with non-stick spray.

Layer tortillas, beans, meat mixture, mexicorn, and cheese 6 times.

Top with remaining cheese.

Bake at 350 for 45 min or until cheese is melted. Enjoy.
