Ingredients

    2 patties - Morningstar Farms Spicy Sausage Patties, crumbled
    1/3 Cup egg whites
    1 green onion, chopped
    2 Teaspoons low fat cheddar cheese, shredded
    1 6" Low Carb Tortilla
    Mrs. Dash Original Seasoning

Directions

Gently defrost the 'sausage' patties in the microwave. Crumble into a non-stick skillet.
Sautee with green onion and a pinch of Mrs. Dash
Stir in egg whites and cook about 2 minutes, stirring occassionally.
Sprinkle with cheddar cheese and stir.
Serve on a warmed tortilla and roll up into a burrito.
Great with hot sauce!

    Delicious vegetarian burrito! But...a lot of sodium and fat. Once in awhile treat for breakfast. - 7/30/20
