Introduction

Ingredients

    3 cups cooked low carb macaroni noodles
    1/2 small yellow onion chopped finely
    1 family sized bag frozen green beans
    1 can drained water chesnuts
    Schezwan sauce (1-2 servings to taste)
    Mango poppy seed dressing (or sesame seed dressing) 1-2 servings to taste
    1-2 tsp ground ginger to taste
    3-5 tbsp soy sauce
    1 large can tuna packed in water drained well
    1/2 cup water

Directions

Placed frozen green beans in large pan with onion, schezwan sauce, water, soy sauce, dressing, ginger. Cook until beans start to soften, then add cooked macaroni noodles and tuna and mix until hot throughout. Adjust seasonings to taste.
Makes 6 meal sized servings
