    2 cups chopped broccoli
    1/3 cup chopped onion
    1/3 cup chopped yellow pepper
    1 cup shredded marble cheese
    1 cup non fat milk
    1/2 tsp salt
    1/4 tsp pepper
    2 egg whites


Preheat oven to 400. Grease 9 inch pie plate.
Heat 1 inch of water in a saucepan and add broccoli; cover and boil for 5 minutes. Drain.
Stir together broccoli, onion, pepper and cheese in the pie plate. Stir remaining ingredients until blended and pour into pie plate.
Bake 35-45 minutes or until knife in centre comes out clean.
