Ingredients

    485g chic peas
    480g Butter Beans
    480g Cannelinni Beans
    1 Medium Onion
    2tsp dried corriander
    2tbsp Curry Powder
    2tsp dried turmeric
    2tsp cumin
    800g canned tomato
    3 cloves garlic
    salt & pepper to taste

Directions

Finely Chop the onion & Garlic

Fry the onion & Garlic in the olive oil

Add the Spices & cook for two mins

Drain the beans then add & Cook for a minute

Add the tomatoes and stir

Add the broth bring to the boil then simmer for 25-30 mins

makes 6 portions serve over basmati rice
