This is a quick & Fantastic tasting little treat.The kids love it !!! This is a quick & Fantastic tasting little treat.The kids love it !!!

    1 pita bread
    1Tbs tomato paste
    1Tsp Diced Garlic
    Approx 50 gr Shredded Mozzarella low fat cheese
    1 slice onion
    10 gr lean ham
    1 small mushroom
    10 gr capsicum


Place Pita bread on bench, spread tomato paste & diced garlic all around pita bread then use a third of cheese to sprinkle over base. Grab the ham & onion and sprinkle on top of the base followed by the capsicum & mushroom. Now place rest of cheese in the middle of pizza & work it to the edges with fingers Place on a oven tray/pizza tray into a preheated oven {150-180 degrees } for approx 3 to 5 minutes. As every oven is different it's best to keep a eye on them and work out the ideal heat to suit yourself. This makes 1 Pizza so times ingredients by 6 if you want 6 Pizzas etc. Ingredients can be substituted to suit the individual.
The Kids absolutely love them i can't make them quick enough.
