Ingredients

    Shrimp, cooked, 8 large
    Scallops, raw, 1 unit 2 large or 5 small
    Onions, raw, .25 cup, chopped
    Carrots, raw, .25 cup, chopped
    Mushrooms, fresh, .25 cup, pieces or slices
    Celery, raw, 1 stalk, small (5" long)
    Egg Noodles, enriched, 40 gms
    Chicken Broth, 100 mL

Directions

saute the veggies in pam. Chop shrimp and scallops and add. Saute for a couple of minutes. add broth and bring to a boil. Add noodles and cook until noodles are done. season to taste
