1/4 oz cardamom seeds, crushed
5 cinnamon sticks
1 tsp whole cloves
2 gallons tap water
Directions
Heat water to boiling & remove from heat. Add spices and allow to steep for 30 minutes. Filter tea into pitcher. Makes 64 4-oz cups.
