Ingredients

    Jennie-O Lean Turkey Kielbasa, 14 oz
    Beans, pinto, 1 can
    Rotel diced tomatoes & green chilies 10oz canned
    Celery, cooked, 1 cup, diced
    Brown Rice Uncooked, 1 cup
    garlic, 2 cloves
    Oregano, ground, .5 tsp
    Cumin, 1 tsp
    Salt, .5 tsp
    black pepper, .25 tsp
    Paprika, .5 tsp

Directions

1. Slice turkey kielbasa into smallish pieces, brown in a skillet
2. Add celery, garlic and spices, and cook for a minute or two more.
3. Add tomatoes, rice, beans, and water. Bring to boil.
4. Reduce heat and simmer for 30-40 minutes or until rice is fully cooked.
