Ingredients

    1/2 cup butter
    2 cups brown sugar
    1/2 cup milk
    1 cup peanut butter
    1 tsp vanilla extract
    3.5 cups Confectioner's sugar

Directions

Melt butter in a medium saucepan over medium heat. Stir in brown sugar and milk. Bring to a boil and boil for 2 min, stirring frequently. Remove from heat. Stir in peanut butter and vanilla. Pour over confectioner's sugar in a large mixing bowl. Beat until smooth. pour into 11 x 9 or if you perfer thicker pieces, a 8 x 8 pan. I have found using parchment paper makes it easier to remove fudge later. Chill for 30 min.
