Introduction

To sneak in some extra veggies (a full cup of celery) and make my mom's tuna salad recipe less fattening, I came up with this recipe. My husband loves it! Number of Servings: 6

Ingredients

    1 c. Celery, raw, diced (about 2 stalks)
    2 3oz. cans StarKist Chunk Light Tuna in water, drained
    2 T. Hellmann's Olive Oil Mayonaise
    1 T. French's Classic Yellow Mustard
    2 T. Claussen Sweet Pickle Relish
    1/4 t. Dill Weed, dried
    Salt, to taste
    Black Pepper, to taste

Directions

Makes 6 1/4 cup servings.
Mix all ingredients together and serve with your choice of bread. I add tomatoes for extra flavor! Enjoy.
