This recipe works well with any leftovers, such as chicken, steak or without meat for veggie lovers. This recipe works well with any leftovers, such as chicken, steak or without meat for veggie lovers.

Ingredients

    Pork Tenderloin - 8-12 ozx. fully cooked
    Chick Peas, one can, drained
    Salsa, 1 Cup
    Spinach, fresh - 1 cup per person
    Pita bread, 1/2 per person

Directions

Mix the meat, chick peas and salsa in a bowl.
Cut whole pitas into halves and open up the pocket
Stuff inside of pita with fresh spinach and about 1 cup of the mixture.

Can be made with any type of leftover meat or without. Can add shredded cheese.
