Ingredients

    1/2 c flour
    1/2 tsp salt
    1 c chopped apple
    1 tsp vanilla
    1 tsp baking powder
    3/4 c sugar
    1 large or 2 small eggs

Directions

Mix dry ingredients, Add apples, vanilla and egg. Place in well greased pie pan. Bake 35 minutes until crisp.

Serve with cool whip or ice cream.
