Ingredients

    2 c. macaroni, uncooked
    2 Tb. butter
    2 Tb. flour
    1 1/2 c. skim milk
    5 oz. Cracker Barrel extra sharp cheddar cheese, cubed
    4 oz. 2% Velveeta, cubed
    salt and pepper to taste

Directions

Cook macaroni according to package directions. Meanwhile, melt butter in saucepan; add flour. Cook over medium-high heat 30 sec. and add milk. Cook until thick, about 1-2 min. Add cheeses and stir until melted. Place in greased 9x12 pan. Bake at 350 for 15 min.
