I sometimes crave potatoes, so this seemed a good way to in what can be a filling one dish supper depending on how many servings eaten. If you don't like super spicy food, cut the pepper and oregano portions in half. Ingredients

    Ingredients:
    I very large potatoe or two medium quartered and thinly sliced
    Bacon, 3 medium slices, cooked (raw product (remove)
    Cooked or canned Green Beans (snap), 2 cup (remove)
    Onions, raw, 1 large (remove)
    Oregano, ground, 2 tbsp (remove)
    Pepper, black, 1 tbsp (remove)
    1/2 cup vinegar or 6 tablespoons


Directions

Cut bacon into small squares and fry. Add chopped onion and thinly sliced potatoes to skillet with bacon along with pepper. When potatoes begin to get tender, layer green beans on top, then sprinkle with oregano. Pour vinegar over top, lower temperature to medium and cook for 15 minutes with lid. or until potatoes are tenderness desired. oregano. Stir half way through cooking and test taste potatoes for tenderness. Lower heat if sticking. Add salt as desired ( Salt not included in nutrition values.)
