    2 tsp garlic minced
    11 med potatoes (3 1/4 LB) peeled cut and boiled to soft state
    3 leeks washed and trimmed - chopped
    1 med onion chopped
    3 TBSP dried rosemary blend spice
    7.6 CUPS homamde veg stock


Boil potatoes, set aside. In stock pot, add oil, garlic onion, and leeks, cook until onion is soft, add potatoes, rosemary and broth - simmer for a few minutes - mash potatoes slightly, puree in blender. This recipe makes about 14 cups. Freezes well.
