Ingredients

    2 1/2 Cups Old Fashioned Oats
    3 Cups 2% Milk
    2 Cups Water
    1 1/2 Cups Chopped Apple
    1/2 Cup Mixed Dry Fruit
    1/2 Cup Brown Sugar
    1/4 Cup Splenda
    1 tsp Salt
    2 Tbs Smart Balance Spread
    Cinnamon to taste

Directions

Place all ingredients in crock pot and cook 4-8 hours on low.
