Introduction

Fresh and hearty, you can choose to lightly steam your tilapia before mixing with the rest of the ingredients or "cure" raw tilapia filets in the citrus and salt. Either way it is delicious and very colorful. Ingredients

    *Tilapia, 16 oz (remove)
    Onions, raw, .5 cup, chopped (remove)
    Lemons, 2 fruit without seeds (remove)
    Limes, 2 fruit (2" dia) (remove)
    Red Ripe Tomatoes, .5 cup, chopped or sliced (remove)
    Avocados, California (Haas), 1 fruit without skin and seeds (remove)
    Jalapeno Peppers, 2 pepper (remove)
    Pepper, black, 1 tsp (remove)
    Mangos, .5 cup, sliced (remove)
    Cilantro, raw, 6 tbsp (remove)
    Salt, 1 tsp (remove)
    *Buenatural Blue Corn Tortillas, 3 tortillas, 4 serving (remove)
    *Canola oil, 4 tbsp (remove)

Directions

Mix all ingredients together. You may steam the tilapia lightly for a few minutes before adding the other ingredients or chop up raw and cure in lemon, lime and salt for at least one hour before adding other ingredients( be sure to refrigerate the entire time). Lightly fry corn tortillas in oil and then top with Ceviche mixture. Makes 4 MEAL sized servings.
