Ingredients

    1 package (4.9 ounce) Betty Crocker Scalloped Potatoes
    4 cups lowfat/ low sodium chicken broth
    1 small onion chopped
    1 (10 ounce) bag frozen broccoli
    1/4 tsp pepper
    2 cups fat free half and half
    1/3 cup flour

Directions

Combine potatoes and sauce mix from package with chicken broth, onion, broccoli and pepper in Slow-cooker. Cook on low for 7 hours. Whisk together half and half with flour in small bowl. Add to slow-cooker, stir until combined. Cover and cook one more hour. Makes about 6 one cup servings.
