Ingredients

    1 pkg of hijiki or arame seaweed
    1 red & yellow bell pepper, diced
    1 bunch scallions, sliced thin
    1 tsp chili powder & garlic powder
    1/2 cup of each:
    Sesame Oil
    Lemon or Lime Juice
    Soy Sauce or Shoyu Sauce
    1/4 cup Agave

Directions

Soak seaweed for 10 minutes & rinse twice
mix all ingredients, refrigerator half hour and serve.
