Introduction

For a quick and easy on-the-go snack or meal, use a Shaker Cup to creat your shake. I use Jay Robb Protein powder because it doesn't have Artificial Sweetners and it blends smoothly. Ingredients

    Add 1 cup of Milk*,
    1 scoop of the Protein Powder,
    and 1/2 cup-1 cup of black coffee to fill a shaker cup.
    Then add shaker insert and lid (tightly) and SHAKE until smooth. Ready to drink!
    *for lower sugar - you can use Unsweetned Vanilla Almond Milk (Almond Breeze works well!).
