Ingredients

    1 can of Salmon
    1 tbs fresh lemon juice
    1.5 tbs Dijon style mustard
    3/4 cups of quick oats
    1/2 cup of cooked onions
    1 whole egg & 1 egg white
    salt and pepper to taste

Directions

mix all ingredients and pan fry with minimal oil 3 mins on each side.
