Ingredients

    Crust:
    3 cups of flour
    1 TBS baker's yeast
    1 1/4 cups of hot water
    1 TBS of olive oil
    1 tsp. salt
    1 TBS of sugar

    1 cup of pizza sauce

    red peppers, yellow peppers, orange peppers, onions, mushrooms

    8 oz. of motz. cheese

    Mix the crust and knead for 5 minutes

    Let rest of 10 minutes

    Roll out 1#8 oz of dough in 14 inch pizza pan.

    1 cup of pizza sauce

    Put all the vegetables on and top with 8 oz. mozz. and bake @ 475 degrees for 7 minutes. Take out of pan and bake directly on the rack for another 3-4 minutes until cheese is golden brown and crust is baked to perfection.
