Yogurt, plain, low fat, 1 cup (8 fl oz) (remove)
Egg white, 2 serving (remove)
*Vegetable Oil- Ralphs Vegetable Oil, 2 tbsp (remove)
Milk, nonfat, .20 cup (remove)
Vanilla Extract, 2 tsp (remove)
*Flour, white, 1.5 cup (remove)
Baking Soda, 1 tsp (remove)
Cinnamon, ground, 1 tsp (remove)
Salt, .5 tsp (remove)
Cranberries, dried, sweetened (craisins), 0.25 cup (remove)
Apricots, dried, .5 cup, halves (remove)
Brown Sugar, .5 cup, packed (remove)
Old Fashioned Quaker Oatmeal- Plain (1/2 cup dry), 6 serving (remove)
Directions
Heat oven to 350
In a large bowl, combine sugars, yogurt, egg whites, oil , milk and vanilla. Mix well. In medium bowl, combine flour, baking soda, cinnamon and salt, Mix well. Add to yogurt mixture. Mix well. Stir in oats and fruit. Spread dough in bottom of 9 x 13 pan, ungreased. Bake 30 minutes or until golden. Cool completely in pan on wire rack. When cool, slice into 12 portions.
