Ingredients

1 lb. lean fat ground turkey
1 egg
3 T. grated parmesan cheese
1/2 cup dry quick cooking oats (seals in moisture)
1 bunch chopped parsley
1 tsp. garlic powder
1 T. minced onion
1 T. crushed rosemary
1T. crushed basil
1 tsp. fennel seed
1 tsp. black pepper
¼ tsp crushed red pepper.
1 tsp. beef stock powder softened with a bit of warm water (gives a little beefy flavor and adds perfect amount of salt)
Directions
Mix all ingredients. Divide into 12 balls, each slightly bigger than a golf ball.
Preheat frying pan with 1 T. olive oil. Brown 2 sides of meatballs on medium heat, about 5 minutes per side. When finished frying, place meatballs in baking dish sprayed with nonstick spray.
Bake for 10-12 minutes in oven preheated to 400 degrees.
