Ingredients

    1 large omega-3 rich egg
    1 tsp country crock olive oil blend margarine
    s&p to taste
    1 oz monterey jack w/ jalapenos
    1 tbsp pico de gallo
    1 tbsp extra cilantro (if desired)


Directions

Mix egg with 1 tsp water. Pour into small skillet and let cook without stirring. Add jalapeno jack cheese, pico and cilantro. Flip half over to form omelet. Cook thru until egg is completely set.
