Introduction
I"m addicted to Mocha Frappes and had to find some way to get that flavor without the 500 calories. This is pretty darn close. I'm still tweaking this. Please let me know if you have any suggestions.The calorie count is for 1/2 cup mix and 1/2 cup 1% milk.
****Keep in mind this is a Lite Version. If you want to make it closer to real thing then replace 3/4 cup no calorie sweetner with 3/4 cup sugar for a total of 1 cup sugar. Ingredients

1/4 cup instant coffee granules
3/4 cup No calorie Sweetener
1/4 cup sugar
1 cup nonfat dry milk powder
1 cup powdered non-dairy creamer
1/3 cup baking cocoa
1/4 teaspoon salt
When you are ready to make your frappe you will need
1 1/2 cups crushed ice
1/2C milk
Directions
With a rolling pin, crush coffee granules into a fine powder between sheets of waxed paper.
Place in an airtight container.
Add the sugar, milk powder, creamer, cocoa and salt; mix well.
Store in a cool dry place for up to 1 year.
When you are ready to make a Frappe:
In a blender, combine the ice, milk and 1/2 cup of mocha mix; cover and process on high until smooth. Pour into glasses. Top with whipped cream and lite chocolate syrup.
