Ingredients

2 9 inch prepared pie crusts
6 cups sliced apples
3/4 cup splenda
2 tsp cinamon
1/2 tsp nutmeg
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 cup small tapioca
1 T butter cold
Directions
warm pie curst to room temperature
pare apples in thin sliced
Add tampioca to apples and let stand 15 minutes
Mix splenda, cinnamon, nutmeg, salt with spenda
Add to apples and mix well.
Add all to buttom pie crust and put top curst in place and curl edges together.
Place several steam slashes in top of crust with sharp knife
Set oven at 450 degrees and bake for 10 minutes,immediately turn temp. to 359 degrees for about 50 minutes.
Remove pie when juicy and bubbling.
Cool until luke warm and eat with cheddar cheese.
