Ingredients

1 pound ground bison, browned (can use beef or turkey)
1 can Chilli Beans
1 can Black Beans
1 can Refried Beans
1 can Mexican seasoned tomatoes (Rotel)
1 cup finely shredded Sharp Cheddar
8 whole wheat tortillas
Ground cumin
Ground chili powder
Directions
Brown the meat.
Rinse beans while meat is cooking.
Drain tomatoes.
Slice tortillas into 1-2" strips.
Mix together beans, tomatoes, and meat. Season with cumin and chilli powder to your liking.
Place 1 cup of meat mix on bottom of pan (9x13). Top with 1/3 cup of cheese. Place 1/3 tortillas on top to cover. Spread 1/3 refried beans over top. Repeat until the top layer is covered. Place remaing refried beans on top. Sprinkle with cheese. Bake at 350 for 1 hour.
