Ingredients

    2 (6 oz) fresh tilapia fillets
    1 teaspoon spice brown mustard
    1 teaspoon Worchester sauce
    1/2 teaspoon lemon juice
    1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
    1/4 teaspoon dried oregano
    1/2 teaspoon grated parmesean
    1 teaspoon fine italian bread crumbs (I used almond meal)

Directions

1) Preaheat oven to 375 degrees F. Spray a glass baking dish w/cooking spray.

2)Place tilapia fillets into prepared baking dish, sprinkle with salt and pepper and bake in preheated oven for 10 min. Meanwhile, stir together the mustard, Worchester sauce, lemon juice, garlic powder, orgegano, and parmesan cheese.

3) When fish as cooked for 10 min, sprea with herb paste, and sprinkle with bread crumbs. Continue baking for another 5 min until the topping is bubbly and golden.

    This was very good but quite tangy. Next time I may use honey mustard instead. The timing was perfect. It was quick and easy. It is a keeper for us. Thanks for sharing. - 4/26/13
