Introduction

Great Salmon Recipe. Perfect for main entree w/ side of brown rice. Great Salmon Recipe. Perfect for main entree w/ side of brown rice.
Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    16 oz of Wild sockeye salmon
    2 tbsp of Soy Sauce
    1/4 cup of Honey
    1/2 of a Lemon's Juice
    2 tbsp of Cumin
    1 tsp of Minced Garlic
    1 tbsp of Garlic Powder
    Black Pepper to taste.

Directions

Cut 16 oz Salmon Fillet into 4 oz servings.
Place fillets into glass baking pan.
Mix Soy Sauce, Honey, Lemon Juice, Cumin, Minced Garlic, Garlic Powder and Black Pepper together.
Pour Sauce over Salmon and cover.
Marinate in Refrigerator for 30 minutes.

Pre-heat oven to 450 degrees.
Bake Salmon uncovered for 20 minutes or until fish is flaky with a fork.

Makes 4 (4oz.) Servings.
