Introduction

Ingredients

    1 whole Red Onion
    3 stalks Celery
    1lbs Skinless Chicken Breast, chopped
    4 cups Chicken Stock, fat free, low sodium
    13oz Whole Wheat Spaghetti
    Sea salt, Pepper, Poultry seasoning to taste.

Directions

I just chopped everything up, broke the spaghetti in half and threw everything in the crock pot for 4 hours. Then divvied it up into 7 servings and froze all but 2.
