Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

2 ounces of cottage cheese (2% is what I used)
2 tablespoons of natural peanut butter (less fat)
    1 apple cut into slices

Directions

Mix cottage cheese and peanut butter until smooth. Place in a container with a top. Dip your apple slices in the dip. Makes 1/2 cup of dip, which can be saved and used for later. You can add cinnamon if you need a bit more flavor, or splenda if you prefer it to be a bit more sweet. There is enough of the dip for 4 servings.
